What you'll do

• Manage commercial glazing projects from handoff through closeout
• establish schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and deliverables
• monitor progress and address risks
• develop budgets, forecasts, job-cost tracking, and schedules of values
• manage costs, contracts, change orders, and scope
• oversee shop drawings, engineering documents, submittals, and project documentation
• use AutoCAD for coordination
• review architectural drawings and specifications
• lead project meetings
• coordinate purchasing, vendors, pricing, and material delivery.
