The Budtender role is onsite in Cardwell, MO. Pay is $15 per hour. The position supports patients at Good Day Farm’s dispensary by helping them select products and providing a positive, informed experience. The Budtender helps patients make product choices suited to their needs and preferences, explains safe use, and supports compliant retail operations through payment processing, inventory, and product preparation.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and assist with product selection based on needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to cannabis strains
• stay informed about products and industry trends
• process payments using the dispensary POS system
• keep the store clean and organized
• educate patients on safe product use
• weigh, package, and label products as required
• verify identification and eligibility
• take inventory and stock the sales floor
• complete assigned opening and closing tasks
• follow company and state policies and procedures.
