What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes and standards
• take orders, engage with guests, and make drink recommendations
• process cash, card, and room-charge transactions using Toast
• maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• restock supplies
• monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements
• assist with setup, breakdown, and closing
• communicate stock issues, equipment problems, and guest feedback to management
• promote hotel services, food pairings, specialty cocktails, and daily offerings.

Why this role
