Job overview

The Account Representative role is onsite in Greenwood, IN; compensation is $16–$22 per hour. Chad Murray’s State Farm agency is a new agency building its team and community relationships. The representative helps grow agency business by developing customer relationships, identifying needs, marketing relevant products and services, and providing accurate service on policy and billing questions.

What you'll do

• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• identify customer needs and market products and services
• establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
