Enhanced Mental Health Support Specialist

The Enhanced Mental Health Support Specialist role is onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with compensation of $19.50 per hour, or $20.50 per hour for bilingual Spanish skills; quarterly and annual performance bonuses are available. The role joins Trinity Youth Services’ Mental Health team, which supports children and families through its programs and services. The specialist provides individualized, strength-based interventions that help youth engage in services, build functional skills, and work toward goals in their plans. The role coordinates with mental health staff, documents progress, and uses trauma-informed practices to support self-regulation and daily functioning.

What you'll do

• Assist youth in developing functional skills related to self-care and self-regulation
• interview children, relatives, and other involved people to assess needs
• coordinate counseling objectives and treatment plans with mental health staff
• document progress in accordance with organizational and California standards
• use trauma-informed practices to redirect behavior
• drive when necessary.
