What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from job posting through selection and onboarding coordination
• partner with division leaders to define needs and refine postings
• source candidates through outreach, networks, colleges, and community programs
• screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• verify Indian Preference eligibility and TERO compliance
• coordinate recruitment events
• maintain applicant tracking data and candidate communications
• conduct reference checks and coordinate background investigations
• extend conditional offers
• track recruitment metrics and report results
• support internal mobility, succession planning, employer branding, and hiring-manager training.
