The Senior Cake Decorator and Artist role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. Earth + Sugar's downtown studio serves customers from Key Largo to Vero Beach and works with a pastry team on custom cakes and desserts. The artist designs, constructs, and decorates custom multi-tier cakes, pastries, and desserts to the studio's quality standards. The role also supports production planning, food safety, and an organized, stocked work area.

What you'll do

• Participate in designing, producing, and decorating multi-tier cakes, pastries, and desserts
• layer, fill, frost, and decorate cakes
• work with buttercream, fondant, gum paste, and modeling chocolate
• create cake toppers and figurines
• follow hygiene and safety protocols
• execute preliminary daily orders
• keep the work area and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
