Project Coordinator, PCBA Programs

Job overview

The Project Coordinator works onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI, in a production environment. Pay is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group company, within the Project Management Department and its PCBA programs. The coordinator maintains project schedules and documentation, organizes meetings, tracks risks and issues, and supports production builds. The role helps align engineering, production, and quality teams to keep project milestones, resources, and deliverables on track.

What you'll do

• Assist with project timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and dependencies
• maintain schedules and track progress
• organize meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items
• coordinate stakeholder communications
• maintain risk management and escalation processes
• prepare project documentation and status reports
• support NPI, L6, and L10 production builds
• monitor build progress and report updates
• track budgets and variances
• maintain document control and SOPs
• and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Why this role
