Process Project Estimator

What you'll do

• Review RFQ/RFP packages, contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop bills of materials
• prepare detailed estimates across civil, concrete, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and automation scopes
• develop customer proposals and scopes of work
• coordinate preliminary drawings
• solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing
• participate in customer meetings and site visits
• lead kickoff meetings for awarded work
• document meeting minutes
• develop preliminary schedules
• and research construction methods and execution strategies.
