It helps site leaders address workforce needs and supports delivery of HR programs in coordination with the HR team.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite HR contact
• advise leaders on staffing, talent, organizational changes, retention, and engagement
• coach leaders on performance and employee matters
• support recruiting and onboarding
• administer PHMSA drug and alcohol testing programs
• guide employees through workplace changes
• support HR programs, reporting, and workforce analysis
• monitor staffing risks and critical-skill gaps.
