What you'll do

• Process check-ins and check-outs
• explain hotel features and loyalty rewards
• assist with digital keys, mobile check-in, and Wi-Fi
• stock the 24/7 grab-and-go station and prepare espresso drinks
• respond to calls, chats, and complaints
• coordinate fixes with housekeeping or maintenance
• support lounge and bar areas when needed
• manage cash and room charges.
