What you'll do

• Generate and submit claims and invoices
• review and resolve held, rejected, denied, underpaid, or unpaid claims
• submit corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals
• manage accounts receivable follow-up
• post payments, denials, adjustments, and refunds
• review remittance and benefits documents
• document billing activity
• communicate with payers and internal stakeholders
• support process improvement, audits, and compliance.
