What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity
• respond to incidents and alarms according to post orders
• prepare reports, activity logs, incident documentation, and shift handoff information.
