What you'll do

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
• build referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
• educate providers on specialty and home infusion offerings
• explain insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
• collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams
• manage pipeline and referral growth using CRM tools with a focus on quota attainment.
