It also mentors junior staff and contributes to proposals, recruiting, and business development.

What you'll do

• Manage landscape architecture projects including master planned communities, parks and trails, commercial developments, streetscapes, transportation projects, urban renewal, and low-impact developments.
• Coordinate project goals, scope, schedules, budgets, proposals, staffing, and fees with clients and consultants.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, oversee design graphics and construction documents, review materials and detailing, attend Water District meetings, conduct site inspections, coordinate with internal disciplines, review billing drafts and project financials, assist with recruiting, and attend professional events.
