What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas, including lawn care and snow removal
• respond to tenant repair requests
• inspect the property and identify potential issues
• assist with major repairs or renovations
• participate in on-call scheduling and respond to requests.
