Medical Claims Manager

The manager leads day-to-day claims operations, coaches team members, oversees quality and file processes, and supports complex claims and reporting. The role also works with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and administrators to improve operations and deliver consistent client service.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations and support assigned Claims team members
• provide feedback, training, and technical coaching
• partner with Claims Quality and review audit reports
• oversee the master list of groups and cases and contractual service parameters
• manage account assignments and Stop Loss Claims filing
• support complex claim submissions
• conduct claim reviews and reimbursement filing and reporting when applicable
• produce monthly claims reporting and notifications when applicable
• support process improvements and consistent client service
• build relationships with internal and external partners.
