What you'll do

• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow
• adjust schedules and assign staff
• monitor equipment and report malfunctions
• ensure production quotas, quality standards, and procedures are followed
• assign tasks and manage shift handovers
• train and mentor employees
• troubleshoot delays and coordinate with maintenance
• conduct quality checks
• enforce safety and cleanliness
• track production metrics and recommend process improvements.

Why this role
