Description

Provide patient care on a 30-bed Med/Surg unit. Care for patients with GI & Oncology issues, post-op recovery, COPD, pneumonia, UTI, dehydration, and complex wound care. Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, supported by Patient Care Associates. Adhere to teamwork, accountability, and support principles.
