What you'll do

• Prepare customer checks for posting
• post daily customer cash and check payments and sales representative logs in the NDS Accounts Receivable system
• issue delivery authorization numbers for delivery exceptions when needed
• notify customers and sales representatives about short payments or skipped invoice numbers
• post checks received through the bank lockbox
• research and respond to questions about payment discrepancies, invoice adjustments, deposit postings, and payment terms.
