Case Manager, Youth and Family Treatment

The Case Manager works onsite at the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch campus in Bismarck, ND. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with one evening per week for group; occasional travel is required. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with a bachelor’s degree, or $25 per hour or more with an LBSW, depending on experience. The Ranch provides care for children with psychiatric and behavioral issues. The case manager oversees treatment planning for 8–10 families, coordinating with youth, families, the Ranch treatment team, and external resources. The role monitors goals, advocates for youth, and helps families build communication, routines, and behavior- and medication-management skills.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or current-semester graduation; social work board licensure must be obtained within one year of hire, and Wrap Around Certification is required after hire.
