What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews, explain program eligibility and client rights, assess client needs and vocational capacity, and develop individualized plans for employment.
• Arrange evaluations and referrals, coordinate services, advocate with employers, support job development and placement, authorize client-service expenditures, develop community resources, and recommend assistive technology or workplace modifications.
• Travel to rural areas to provide services.
