Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

By working with dealers, distributors, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, the role helps keep receivables clean and cash moving.

What you'll do

• Own invoicing, cash application, credit memos, deductions, and account reconciliation across dealer, distributor, and direct-to-consumer channels
• post daily receipts and resolve unapplied or short-paid items
• review and release credit-hold orders
• manage aging and collections
• conduct credit reviews and recommend limits and terms
• support month-end close, reporting, documentation, controls, audits, and process improvements
• work in Odoo, Bill.com, and Excel.

Why this role

Five or more years of progressive accounts receivable, credit, or collections experience required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred. Standard business hours with additional hours during month-end close.
