Field Service Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Service Department
• process mail and coordinate courier activities
• enter bus repair information and create work orders
• maintain timesheets and records
• follow up on payment issues
• code and process invoices
• create parts requests
• track, stage, kit, and return parts
• report field work and work-order completion
• process customer claims and contractor invoices
• maintain Field Service Cloud records
• and prepare performance reports. Some travel is required.
