Commercial HVAC Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage HVAC project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• interpret plans, specifications, and drawings
• monitor progress and risks and take corrective action
• maintain submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages
• ensure safety compliance
• and conduct site visits and meetings for status tracking and quality control.
