What you'll do

• Provide individual and group career coaching to students and alumni
• develop coaching resources
• connect alumni with students for networking and mentoring
• design and facilitate career-readiness programs
• cultivate employer relationships and internship opportunities
• guide students in finding and securing internships
• support experiential learning funding and documentation
• maintain career engagement systems and outcomes data
• contribute to surveys, reporting, marketing, and campus-wide career-readiness initiatives.
