Catering Event Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee events from setup through final breakdown
• align execution with client expectations and event specifications
• communicate with executives, VIP guests, venue representatives, and clients
• review timelines, event detail sheets, and equipment plans
• coordinate staffing, equipment, and logistics
• lead pre-event briefings
• collaborate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams
• troubleshoot service and logistical issues
• supervise and coach event staff
• support onboarding and training
• manage timekeeping and event documentation
• complete post-event reports and venue inspections.
