What you'll do

• Implement resident-centered physical therapy care plans.
• Provide holistic support for physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in specialty programs such as vestibular rehab and home safety assessments.
