What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives
• lead sales meetings and ride-alongs
• coach sales process and product knowledge
• assign leads and manage appointments
• monitor CRM activity and sales reports
• support annual and individual sales plans
• oversee staffing needs and incentive calculations
• coordinate contract handoffs with production and administration
• resolve sales disputes
• support collections for problem accounts when needed.
