What you'll do

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
• manage FMLA, personal, state, and disability leaves
• oversee 401(k) administration and vendor coordination
• support the Teammate Stock Ownership Plan
• reconcile benefit invoices and maintain records
• assist with open enrollment, communications, and teammate education
• support regulatory compliance and process improvements.
