What you'll do

• Source, interview, schedule, and hire candidates
• post job descriptions and manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system
• partner with hiring managers and external recruiting sources
• attend job fairs and conduct outreach
• coordinate new-hire orientation
• manage HR administration, onboarding, leave, and documentation
• assist with payroll
• complete E-Verify and I-9 processes
• respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and procedures
• coordinate visa processing with immigration counsel
• support labor-law compliance.
