What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, text, and in person

• coordinate with operations teams
• maintain accurate customer and policy information
• communicate in English and Spanish
• learn to identify customer needs
• participate in coaching and cross-training
• obtain and maintain required Washington State insurance licenses.
