Service Technician – Campus Edge on UTA Boulevard

Job overview

The Service Technician role is onsite in Arlington, TX, and pays $19.33 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders in the system
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform assigned preventive maintenance
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment
• escort vendors onsite as needed
• maintain organized shop and storage areas
• assist with snow removal and landscaping vendor coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
