What you'll do

• Support customer SSD qualification by investigating technical issues and coordinating debug and resolution with engineering teams
• provide technical information on product features, firmware releases, application notes, and documentation
• track qualification progress and communicate status
• analyze field and qualification issues for trends, root causes, and product improvement opportunities
• use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, productivity, and customer support workflows.
