What you'll do

• Lead a nursing unit
• assess resident needs and develop and revise care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• provide and supervise nursing care
• supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• delegate tasks and support safe staffing
• maintain resident records
• communicate care needs and orders
• administer and monitor medications
• and participate in quality assurance, education, and audits.
