The Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist is a full-time, onsite field-based role in Tulsa, OK, covering a territory that also includes Fayetteville and Fort Smith, Arkansas, with travel up to 70%. The stated base salary is $165,000–$195,000 per year. COMPASS Pathways is developing investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360 for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The role supports the launch and appropriate use of the therapy at certified treatment centers. It builds provider and treatment-center relationships, delivers compliant clinical education, supports patient access and site readiness, and coordinates with internal teams to advance territory strategy and treatment delivery.

What you'll do

• Execute territory commercial strategy
• build relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and stakeholders
• provide compliant product and disease-state education
• support patient selection, referrals, site onboarding, and treatment workflows
• assist with reimbursement and patient access
• collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations
• share field insights and manage territory plans.
