The Senior Electrical Engineer, Critical Facilities/Healthcare role is hybrid, based in Hamilton Township, NJ, with Monday–Thursday in the office and Friday working remotely from home. This engineer leads electrical design teams and provides technical direction across projects, supporting project delivery through system design, coordination, quality review, and client and project-team collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead design teams and review work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• establish design standards, specifications, and criteria
• design large projects and prepare reports and specifications
• develop project budgets and schedules
• perform calculations, equipment selection, system design and layout, field investigations, and construction administration
• participate in QA/QC
• perform Engineer of Record duties
• manage staff resources
• and represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
