What you'll do

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for corporate, exempt, field/craft, professional, and management roles
• screen resumes, interview candidates, administer assessments and reference/background checks, recommend candidates, and deliver offers
• partner with sourcing specialists to present diverse qualified candidate slates
• manage internal transfers
• follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• support onboarding and orientation
• help ensure compliance with applicable laws and affirmative action plans
• maintain candidate activity and records in the ATS
• suggest and help implement process improvements.
