What you'll do

• Serve as the ITD customer liaison to the Technical Office
• create and manage projects supporting DARPA programs
• coordinate product delivery across ITD, MSO, and external teams
• identify potential milestone delays and communicate issues
• respond to Program Support Strategy requests and meetings
• maintain knowledge of ITD services and systems
• attend Technical Office meetings as the ITD representative
• manage escalated ITD requests
• report Technical Office activities to ITD leadership
• create and update reporting systems.
