What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility
• encourage socialization
• assist with activities as directed
• monitor resident health, safety, and well-being
• document functional status and condition
• maintain meal, output, and bathing records
• report changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing or nurse on staff
• do residents’ personal laundry
• attend monthly meetings and review staff communication records.
