What you'll do

• Lead Ready-Mix technical and materials performance improvement initiatives
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities related to mix performance, quality, and cost-to-produce
• Analyze large datasets from QC and batch systems to identify trends
• Lead root-cause analysis on technical and operational performance issues
• Partner with regional quality, operations, and commercial teams to drive measurable results.
