What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage
• operate dishwashing machines and keep them stocked with proper chemicals
• remove trash and recycling
• keep floors, drains, and workstations clean and hazard-free
• store kitchen tools and equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• assist with basic prep and food handling as needed
• complete tasks assigned by chefs and kitchen leadership.
