What you'll do

• Lead on-site response to critical incidents
• coordinate with emergency partners
• support staff and site stabilization after crises
• complete incident reports and participate in reviews
• develop and standardize emergency protocols
• conduct drills
• visit sites monthly to assess risks
• support trauma-informed follow-up
• and maintain regulatory compliance, documentation, and safety systems.
