What you'll do

• Lead and scale the Integrated Operations Center
• develop its organizational design and staffing model
• serve as the customer point of contact for live-site issue intake, status, and resolution
• coordinate operational events across internal experts, customers, and vendors
• establish escalation frameworks
• develop and improve SOPs
• partner with technology on tools and automation
• define and manage issue-resolution KPIs.
