What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and direct inquiries
• handle confidential information carefully
• perform data entry, 10-key typing, and Excel updates
• support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger work
• assist with journal entries, reconciliations, debits and credits, bookkeeping, and routine financial reporting.
