What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite workplace services contact
• connect stakeholders with service groups and vendors
• support pantries, catering, conference rooms, shared spaces, and office readiness
• identify and resolve service issues
• coordinate events and employee engagement activities
• liaise with IT and landlords
• manage facility vendor relationships
• update workplace procedures and documents
• support sustainability practices and emergency procedures
• manage HR compliance posters, scheduling, and payroll
• and provide backup reception coverage.
