What you'll do

• Supervise construction management staff and coordinate field inspectors and related parties
• source, interview, and hire staff
• collaborate on business pursuits and proposals
• review inspector daily reports
• evaluate and document change orders
• maintain project records
• submit monthly progress and cost reports
• schedule project meetings
• monitor work, personnel, and equipment against contract requirements
• respond to public and stakeholder inquiries
• and coordinate with utilities.
