Project Executive – Healthcare

The Project Executive – Healthcare role is onsite in Durham, NC, with a stated salary range of $200,000–$265,000. The position is in Consigli Construction’s Project Management division and department and reports to the Regional Director. The executive develops healthcare-sector business and provides strategic oversight of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out. The role leads project teams, maintains client relationships, and oversees project safety, quality, financial performance, schedules, and operational priorities.

What you'll do

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities
• lead work acquisition, profitability planning, proposal development, and interview preparation
• set RFP pursuit strategy
• assign qualified staff
• oversee preconstruction budgets, schedules, logistics, risks, and constructability reviews
• direct projects from preconstruction through close-out
• establish customer satisfaction plans
• negotiate owner contracts and oversee subcontract development
• supervise multiple projects
• monitor costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability
• maintain client and partner relationships
• mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• ensure compliance with company procedures
• assist with recruiting and interviews.

Why this role
