What you'll do

• Triage, investigate, and close product quality complaints
• run trend reports and statistical analysis to identify emerging issues and failure-mode signals
• support complaint handling and root-cause investigations
• track major issues and corrective actions
• document objective evidence in QMS records
• write and review technical reports and investigation/CAPA memos communicated to customers.
