The Commercial Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Compensation is not specified. The role works with design professionals, contractors, and internal customers, overseeing site activity, quality, compliance, reporting, and risk mitigation.

What you'll do

• Assist with project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk assessments, permits, and approvals
• manage on-site teams and coordinate supplies, tools, equipment, and materials
• oversee construction activities and conduct site inspections
• resolve site issues and implement corrective actions
• track expenses, forecast costs, manage change orders, prepare financial reports, and negotiate contracts
• provide project updates and document project phases
• identify risks and promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
